Barrier Reef Pools was established over 20 years ago in sunny, tropical Cairns and today we have established ourselves as the largest manufacturer of fibreglass pools in the Southern Hemisphere. Due to its growth, it was apparent that the Company needed to relocate to a climate and an area that was better suited to all the requirements of fibreglass swimming pool manufacturing. Today, Barrier Reef Pools is situated in the perfect location and climate of the Beaudesert Township, 45 minutes west of the beautiful Gold Coast.
From our humble beginnings in Cairns two decades ago, Barrier Reef Pools has now established itself as one of the premier manufacturers of fibreglass swimming pools in Australia. The Company remains family owned and operated, with over 100 years combined pool construction experience.
We currently service and supply a dealer network of over 50 agents throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. Recent expansion of our state of the art manufacturing plant has enabled the sustained growth we have experienced in the Australian and Export market over recent years.
Barrier Reef Pools commenced exporting after our world class pools were being sought after by other countries, hence Barrier Reef Pools Export was born. With ongoing sales into the Middle East, U.S.A., Fiji, PNG, Singapore, Thailand and Philippines, we are proud to know that our pools are world class.
Our one piece fibreglass pools are constructed using only the most superior gel coats and vinyl ester resins available. We do not endorse the use of fillers. This, combined with an average thickness that is greater than industry standard, allows us to produce what we believe is one of the strongest and most reliable fibreglass pools on the market today. Our confidence in our product is backed by our 25 year structural warranty, in addition to a 3 to 8 year colour warranty. We currently have thousands of Barrier Reef Pools installed throughout Australia, and that equates to thousands of happy pool owners. Barrier Reef Pools has its own transport network, not only manufacturing, but ensuring that the pools are delivered on time, and in perfect condition, ready to be installed in your back yard.
